This Privacy Policy explains what information Stream Bridge Go Live ("the App"), provided by Unified Cloud Networks ("we", "us", "our"), collects, how we use it, and your choices. Accounts are provisioned or approved by an administrator.

What this app does

Stream Bridge Go Live lets an authorised broadcaster send a live audio/video stream from their phone to our servers, which can relay it to the broadcaster's own chosen platforms (for example YouTube or Facebook), and can optionally move recorded media to secure storage.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, mobile number and display name — to create and manage your broadcaster account.
• Identity verification (KYC): where identity verification is required at signup, we verify you using Aadhaar-based one-time-password (OTP) verification through an authorised verification partner. We store your verified name, date of birth, address and only the last four digits of your Aadhaar number — we do not store your full Aadhaar number.
• Camera & microphone: captured only while you are previewing or broadcasting, to produce the live stream and any local recording you start. We do not access the camera or microphone in the background.
• Precise location (GPS): captured at sign-in and when you start a broadcast ("Go Live"), to record where broadcasts originate for operational and security auditing by your administrator. Location is not collected in the background.
• Device information: a generated install ID, device model/OS and diagnostic logs (including crash reports), to bind your account to your device (one-device-per-account security) and to support and debug the App.
• Push notification token: a registration token so we can send you in-app announcements and broadcast/upload status updates. You can turn off notifications in Android settings at any time.
• Broadcast metadata: session times, connection quality and the destinations you enable.
• Your stream keys: if you choose to relay to a platform such as YouTube or Facebook, the stream key you enter is stored securely on our backend so your stream can be delivered. It is not shared with other users.
• Payment information: when you buy a subscription, the payment is handled by our authorised payment partner. We do not store your full card or bank details — we keep only the transaction reference, amount, plan and status.

How we use it

To operate the broadcasting service, verify eligibility, secure your account, provide administrator support, process subscription payments, and (with your stream keys) deliver your stream to the platforms you enable. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract and only as needed to run the Service — for example our identity-verification partner (KYC), our payment partner (subscription payments) and our messaging provider (notifications). They are permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Platforms you choose (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) — your live stream is delivered to the destinations you enable, and their use of it is governed by their own policies.
• Otherwise we share data only with your administrator and where required by law.

Storage & security

Your data is hosted on Unified Cloud Networks's secure servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), backend access is restricted and authenticated, and sensitive values are stored with access controls. Stream keys and verification data are held with restricted, administrator-only access.

Retention & deletion

We retain account, verification and broadcast data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as long as needed for legal, security or audit purposes. To request access to or deletion of your data, write to us at golive@streambridge.one.

Permissions summary

Camera and Microphone (broadcasting); Precise Location (sign-in and Go Live); Notifications (announcements and status); Internet/Network access. You can revoke permissions in Android settings, though parts of the App may not work without them.

Children

The App is intended for authorised adult broadcasters and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
