These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Stream Bridge Go Live (the "App") and the related broadcasting and media services (the "Service") provided by Unified Cloud Networks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & eligibility

• The Service is for authorised broadcasters. Accounts are provisioned or approved by an administrator.
• You must provide accurate information and, where required at signup, complete identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Each account may be limited to a fixed number of registered devices for security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & access

• Access to certain features requires an active subscription purchased for a fixed duration (for example 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year).
• Subscriptions are prepaid and provide access only for the duration purchased; access ends automatically on expiry unless renewed.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices and plans prospectively; changes do not affect a subscription already in effect.
• Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

3. Your content

• You retain all rights to the audio, video and other content you broadcast or upload ("Your Content").
• You grant us the limited technical right to receive, process, transmit and, where you enable it, re-transmit Your Content to the destinations you choose, solely to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have all necessary rights and permissions for it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to broadcast or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others or the terms of any platform you stream to. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the policies of any third-party destination you enable.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may perform maintenance that causes temporary unavailability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms or of any third party's rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
